DELIVERY TIMES

Velium works with a variety of shipping carriers to ensure the safest, quickest delivery of your items with online package tracking. In-stock items usually dispatch within 1-4 working days. Orders received before 5am ET are typically shipped on the next business day we receive your order, subject to the Shipping Delays section below. Velium Online Shop may require that someone signs for your order.

SHIPPING DELAYS

For your security, some orders will be processed through our Loss Prevention Department, which may cause a delay.

If you do not receive a Shipment Confirmation email within 1 working day after placing your order, please contact us.

HOLIDAYS, SATURDAY & SUNDAY SHIPPING

Your order will be packed but it will not ship until Monday or next working day.

The price we offered on official website does not include customs clearance fee, customs inspection fee, and other charges caused by customs inspection.

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

Tracking number(s) will be provided in your shipment confirmation email. You may log in to your Online Shop account to review your order information. Once logged in, you will be able to view the following details: Order number, including the date and time the order was placed Item(s) ordered, including total charges.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

You will not be permitted to change the delivery address through Velium Online Shop once your order has been placed.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods.

We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.

While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping timeframe.

ALTERNATE DELIVERY OPTIONS

After the first delivery attempt, you may arrange with the carrier to pick-up the item(s) at a hold for pick-up location. You may also provide specific delivery instructions to the carrier, such as vacation hold.
