Velium warrants that its products are free from the manufacturer's defects in material or workmanship.

Warranty Terms

•If you find any new product defects failure to meet quality control standards, such as bright spots, scratches, peeling, damage, etc., please keep the original package (including the box and contents) and invoice or shopping certificate, and you can enjoy 7 days of new product warranty service.

•The filter products purchased by consumers are entitled to warranty service within 12 months from the date of delivery (subject to the date on the invoice or shopping certificate).

•If the filter is damaged due to “impersonal factors” after our testing during the warranty period, you can enjoy free replacement warranty. "Artificial damage" including impact rupture, visible scratches, acid corrosion, high temperature burning, etc. can be repaired or replaced, will be charged partially.

•Repaired and half price replacement products are basically guaranteed for 6 months.

•The warranty card is non-transferable and is applicable to the original purchaser only. It cannot be extended to cover purchases from unauthorized resellers.
