As a wildlife videographer, I rely on my Sony FX3 paired with the Sony 200-600mm lens, and the Magrota magnet filter is an essential tool for my shoots in rugged environments. The filter delivers clean video, even in the wild, and after several month-long trips, I’m completely satisfied with its performance. The CPL filter stays on my lens, and I use the ND filter in extreme sunlight, though in dense, rugged areas, my priority is removing specular reflections from feathers and surfaces rather than blocking light.
The filter gear is extremely solid. I once dropped my camera, but everything stayed intact, making it a trusted companion for my outdoor adventures. Initially, I was hesitant to purchase it, but after traveling with it, I can’t imagine shooting without it. I bought the Velium Magrota filter kit director pack, and I’m very satisfied… the filters are durable and add a beautiful artistic touch to my images! Nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, I just broke my 1/4 mist filter on a hike… but I’ll definitely order a new Velium filter without hesitation.

The World's First Magnetic x Indep. Rotating Structure
Compared to other stacking-only magnetic filter systems, the MagRota filter can achieve the simultaneous use of Streak x VND x Mist without affecting the independent functions. Different filters can be stacked together and work both independently and jointly.
