EDGE | Magnetic Adapter Rings, Front Cap, and Back Cap

The EDGE Line is not interchangeable with other Velium (or 3rd party) systems or products.

EDGE filters connect to your lenses via MARs (Magnetic Adaptor Rings), which are available in 49mm, 52mm, 55mm, 58mm, 62mm, 67mm, 72mm, 77mm, and 82mm thread sizes.

Our filters boast Superior Hybrid Magnets with a pull force of 10-11N, the mightiest in town, showing up competitors (4-6N). Unless your camera takes a dive, these filters stick around like a loyal sidekick.

Absolutely, you can stack and combine EDGE filters to achieve your desired effects. Just keep in mind that vignetting may occur at focal lengths below approximately 20mm when stacking filters.

For an optimal magnetic filter setup, it's recommended to match each lens with its own Front Cap. Therefore, we suggest purchasing as many Front Caps as you have lenses.

We recommend getting a MAR for each lens to convert them all to an 82mm magnetic interface, maximizing your workflow efficiency.

The Smart Carrying Case is designed to store up to 10 filters, caps, and MARs. It can accommodate filters with a combined thickness of up to 32mm and a diameter of 82mm or less.
